Egg Bites


Here’s a simple recipe for making egg bites:

Ingredients:

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
  • 1/4 cup diced vegetables (such as bell peppers, spinach, mushrooms, or tomatoes)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or butter for greasing the mold

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a silicone egg bite mold or muffin tin with cooking spray or butter to prevent sticking.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and milk together until well combined.
  4. Stir in the shredded cheese, diced vegetables, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the egg mixture evenly into the egg bite mold or muffin tin, filling each compartment about 3/4 full.
  6. Place the mold or tin on a baking sheet and transfer it to the preheated oven.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the egg bites are set and slightly golden on top.
  8. Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before carefully removing the egg bites from the mold or tin.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
